It's a storage unit

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY HAVE TO BE THE MOST UNITELLIGENT PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. THEIR ACCOUNTANT CAN'T KEEP BOOKS AND DOESN'T UNDERSTAND HOW CHARGE PEOPLE CORRECTLY. THE DIRTY AND CREEPY MAN THAT IS IN CHARGE OF THE FACUILTY IS VERY RUDE AND HAS NO CLUE ON HOW TO RUN A BUISNESS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY AS THEY WELL TRY AND CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRA MONTHS BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT DO SIMPLE MATH.

This place is a joke. My bf tried to get a storage unit there and they hung up bc he didn't know where it was. Ig they don't want any money and they're really rude. You guys would be better off going someone where else.

I have tried to be patient and not give this facility a bad review since I like to support local businesses. But it's time. I have had multiple storage units at this facility since around 2013. I have no problem with the units themselves, which is the main reason I still rent there. I like being able to access the unit at any hour and the facility seems very safe. My problem is with the bookkeeping and the owner's attitude. The bookkeeping, in particular, is atrocious. I generally pay several months with one check. My first problem was a couple of years ago when I sent a multiple-month check that was either lost in the mail or was received by the owner and lost by him (or his rep) or possibly destroyed to charge late fees, although I doubt that. I keep enough money in my checking account that I don't need to balance every month so I didn't catch that it had not been cashed. About 8 MONTHS later, I received a notice that I am all of those months behind AND with several hundred dollars in late fees. While I am at fault too for not verifying that my check had cleared, I also had an objection to being charged many months of late fees when no attempt whatsoever was made to contact me during any of those months about lateness. I had no clue anything was amiss and would have remedied it immediately if I had been notified. (And did as soon as I WAS notified.) When I pointed this out and noted that I always prepay multiple months in advance, my record of excellent payment was simply ignored with an abrupt notice that I had to pay the late fees. Because I am between locations right now in a small apt, and don't want to pay movers to clear out multiple storage units into another facility and then get hit with moving charges again when I buy a house, I'm kind of stuck so I paid. After that, I kept up my multiple-months-at-once payments. Only to visit my units a few months later and discover I was still locked out of one after I had paid all of those months and late fees. I called the owner and he did resolve that immediately. Fast forward to .. Recently, I returned from a trip abroad and called the owner (Dave) to ask if we could waive the late fees since I always pre-pay several months at a time, and was only going to be one day late because of being out of the country. I got a rude talk on how he has to pay the bank and it's money out of his pocket. I agree with that but, when someone always pays you several months in advance, and is only going to be one day late due to exceptional circumstances, I'm quite sure you're getting the better end of the deal with the pre-payments. In sum, I agree with the other reviewer that the bookkeeping is lousy at best with this company, and there is no flexibility whatsoever even with excellent tenants who have not given any problems. I dread to see what kind of charges this guy will come up with when it's time for me to vacate the units. If I had to do it again, I'd rent elsewhere. You may want to as well.

I would give the units themselves 5 stars (especially for ease of entering and loading/unloading moving trucks on a completely flat surface with lots of room, and 24-hour access) but a 1 for bookkeeping and management. That evened out to a 3.

Great place . Clean and neat . Never had a problem . Of course If you pay your bill you wont have any issues .
